Payment

Enrollment in the Course requires payment of the specified fee as indicated on the Provider's website. The fee covers access to the Course materials and resources. Cancellations/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the downloadable content provided in the Course, refunds are not available. Once payment is made and access to the Course materials is granted, no refunds will be provided. We recommend reviewing the program description, testimonials, and sample materials available on the website to ensure the Course meets your expectations before enrolling.

Force Majeure

The Provider shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

No Mental Health Guarantee

The Provider acknowledges that they are not a mental health professional. The Self-Expression Through Art Course is not intended as a substitute for consulting with a qualified therapist, counselor, or doctor. While the Course aims to provide educational content and guidance, it does not guarantee any mental health benefits. Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice and support for any mental health concerns they may have.

By enrolling in the Self-Expression Through Art Course, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not enroll in the Course. The Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Provider's website.
